These terms govern your use of the Nova Terra website and the relocation and migration services provided by Nova Terra Relocation Pty Ltd. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Our services

Nova Terra provides relocation planning and migration advisory services for individuals and families moving to Australia, including visa strategy, housing and school guidance, and settlement support. Migration advice is provided in accordance with applicable Australian regulations governing migration agents.

No guarantee of outcome

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant Australian government authorities. While we prepare and present your case to the highest standard, we cannot and do not guarantee that any visa or application will be approved. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute personal migration advice until we have formally engaged with you.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents;
• Inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances;
• Meet any deadlines and fees set by government authorities or third parties.

Fees

Our fees are set out in a written service agreement before any work begins. Government charges, translation costs and third-party fees are separate from our professional fees and are payable directly by you unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
