To provide relocation and migration services we may collect your name, contact details, nationality and citizenship, family composition, employment and qualification history, visa history and the destination details you share with us. We collect this information directly from you through our consultation form, email and during our advisory work on your behalf.

- To assess visa eligibility and prepare and lodge applications with the relevant Australian authorities;
- To arrange settlement services such as housing shortlists, school enrolment and banking set-up;
- To communicate with you about your case and respond to your enquiries;
- To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Disclosure
We only disclose your information where necessary to deliver the service you have engaged us for — for example to the Department of Home Affairs, education providers, landlords or financial institutions — and always with your knowledge. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data security and retention
We store your information on secured systems and restrict access to staff who need it to perform their role. We retain records for as long as required to provide our services and to meet legal obligations, after which they are securely destroyed or de-identified.
Your rights
